I was a a nice stay but the room servis did not have affordable gluten free food choices as i was working all day vending and did not want to walk far for food. They did give me an option of steak and mash potatoes which seemed nice but not for $52. So the food was expensive but the hotel was nice.

Everything was good and the hotel was clean. However, the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had among hotels and even compared to other Crowne Plaza branches. I had a really good experience with breakfast at the Crowne Plaza in Gold Coast, so I was surprised by this one. The variety was very limited, the taste of everything was awful, and I didn’t eat anything except for coffee.

This was my second stay here and the staff in this hotel is why I came back with my family. This time I made a mistake and booked an accessible room but they not only fixed it but also upgraded it. Units facing the road can be a bit noisy but it's manageable. The breakfast buffet is a must if staying here as it is good and most eateries are far. Throughout our stay, my little one was excited about the birds in and around this property, including in our balcony. thanks for the lovely stay!
