This was such a beautiful stay, as soon as we arrived we were warmly greeted by all the staff~ service, rooms, location was absolutely amazing. We especially loved the breakfast and late check out~ we were even lucky enough to have an early check in too making our stay even longer. We will definitely be back!

Lifts need a servicing. Or a turbo. Or maby add a set of stair it would have been quicker. Great hotel overall. Just leave before you need to. Lifts are SLOW

Difficult accessibility with a pram, multiple sets of stairs throughout the hotel. Service of breakfast was disappointing. After paying for the buffet breakfast, waiter attempted to charge us for coffee twice. Difficult to get service in the restaurant and food was average, specifically the omelette that was cooked in an old frypan that had stuck to the pan while the chef attempted to cook it.

We had the most amazing time at Radisson Blu, beds we comfortable and room absolutely clean, we also enjoy the heated indoor pool and the restaurants, the wonderful fragrance n the lobby is amazing!! I give the Radisson a 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️a place to come back over and over again.

Hotel deserves higher rating from us however their Bentley restaurant for dinner was closed and we had to dine in the bar area. Food was still good. Breakfast was also good in the Lady Fairfax room. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. Will happily stay there again.
