Hello Jared,Thank you for the feedback, could you please contact me regarding the linen as we receive our linen from a reputable company and our staff return any linen that may have the slightest mark on it photos would be good to show my staff and the linen company. I wish you had of brought this to my attention whilst you were here I'm not sure i could have rectified the problem. Why did you sleep in a bed you thought had blood stains on the linen for 3nights any of our staff would have been happy to help you with your concerns please send me some photos i can pass on.RegardsThe Team at Kanasta
