We liked the location of the property. We disliked that we were given the wrong keycard to a room that was already occupied. The poor fellow got a fright when our party of 4 entered his room, after being told it was ours. A trip back to the front office and we were given our correct keycard to our correct room. A very awkward and embarrassing situation for all involved.

Road noise even though on 8th floor. Clean neat tidy, would be nice to have height for carpark at entry gate

It was near a busy road without double glazing. It quietened down at night so was O K . There were no clothes hangers in the wardrobes but they were delivered propmptly when we phoned for them! The service items were not refilled overnight but we were able to collect more tea bags without problem.

When we arrived the door wouldnt unlock so we were upgraded to a higher floor. There was a strange whistling noise all night but the apartment itself was nice and very clean
