After 6pm no front desk reception Your relying on the restaurant manager to come open up and hear you ringing the bell which doesn’t always happen quickly Check in can be long as after 6pm this gentleman isn’t entirely sure what’s going on

We stayed at SR 8 years ago and the place was very reasonable. Our return this time Was for a funeral and quickly realised that this place has not been maintained and is in an extremely poor state of disrepair. Missing sops dishes , loose towel rails and racks, dirty carpets furniture and cloth chairs. Aircon units with dust and lint which looked like it was 8 years old. We did get towels etc each day and the maids were polite and friendly on a lighter note. My family and I will think twice before rebooking here.

I was in room 3. The filth was unacceptable, the mole in the shower/bathroom, tiles, sink, toilet disgusting. The chairs stained, floors and carpet, air conditioner was disgusting as well. Flywire screen on the slide door torn. You look outside and all you see is rubbish all stacked up. They advertise the pool and they don’t advice it’s closed for repairs. It was the worst place I have ever had this experience and I travel all around Australia. I have photos to prove how appalling, disgusting and filthy this place was. Never never again and I will be advising all my tour and coach companies it’s not a healthy place for anyone to stay. What upsets me is that things can be old but there is no excuse for not having a clean environment.

No small fridge in room or microwave. Cups for 2 people only even though room is for 3. No plates or cutlery if you want to use toaster. Pool was the main reason for staying here and it wasn’t available for the whole long weekend that we stayed

It was a bit run down the people were ok. Drinks warm and served did not tell us ate down the road as not sure of the restaurant in site. Disappointed.
