Dear Guest, We appreciate your feedback and will address your issues. The bond was refunded on the very day that you checked out. The banks usually take 2-3 days to post it into your account.

What is shown is NOT what I recieved. The room I was in, had bad too no tv reception, bed was soft, spa bath had mould around the edges, shower screen had a door that was shower than one panel and attached by hinges. Had no sleep either as people were working in a building attached to a restaurant area, grinding away through the night. I booked for 2 nights, no way was I staying another night. I was only refunded partial due to it being at a reduced price through Wotif, but I am still waiting for payment back into my bank account. Photos I took, were not was shown at all of this place.

Cheap affordable place to stay, It is what it is, you get what you pay for. Having to pay a $100 deposit is a bit much. The pictures do not represent what the place looks like now. The bathroom had a lot of black mould. And as the were renovating their kitchen, power tools were going until midnight. Walls are thin so you can hear people talking or tvs or any noise coming from other rooms. and the room smelt like cigarettes.... but is was a cheap room so i had low expectations anyway.

This hotel was filthy, we had to ask for blankets as none were on the beds, and they had holes in them, 3 people booked but only 2 cups, 1 teaspoon and 2 glasses supplied and that was all that was in the room. Beds were very past their use by. Stinking rubbish piled high beside the stairs we had to use to get to the room. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

After 6pm no front desk reception Your relying on the restaurant manager to come open up and hear you ringing the bell which doesn’t always happen quickly Check in can be long as after 6pm this gentleman isn’t entirely sure what’s going on

We stayed at SR 8 years ago and the place was very reasonable. Our return this time Was for a funeral and quickly realised that this place has not been maintained and is in an extremely poor state of disrepair. Missing sops dishes , loose towel rails and racks, dirty carpets furniture and cloth chairs. Aircon units with dust and lint which looked like it was 8 years old. We did get towels etc each day and the maids were polite and friendly on a lighter note. My family and I will think twice before rebooking here.
