I thought I booked a room with a spa get there and no spa The fridge didn’t keep our drinks cool And the outside light is broken when we sat out on the porch There was 2 of us and one hot choc sachets

Highly recommend for a relaxing break. Who knew such a beautiful tranquil place existed amongst the hustle and bustle. Just like being in the countryside

Spa closed from 5pm on Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday, I was only staying one night so totally missed it which was disappointing. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped for a short stay. Close to amenities (not walking distance though). Pool area needs some maintenance. Overall average, wouldn’t rush back.

Terrible experience with hotel staff

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Staff service!
Hotel wants to cancel my booking of the 2 rooms on the check in date 5:45pm. Hotel told me some people from government want to take myrooms. At the end my friends got one room to share, but hotel still charged the 2 rooms fees! Unbelievable! So Terrible!
