HI Germana, So sorry for your bad experience with us, We have a free Wifi code in the book next to the TV and other information. We did notice that the air conditioning sound from the Restaurant is a bit noisy; however, we are required someone to upgrade our system. Hopefully it will be fixed soon as possible.
