Kitchen & Living Spaces
Step into the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The spacious kitchen is a showstopper—featuring sleek stone benchtops, a 900mm gas stove and oven, full-size fridge, dishwasher, De’Longhi coffee machine, and a breakfast bar that’s perfect for morning catch-ups.

Gather around the oversized modern dining table for meals with a view—Fingal’s rolling green fairways provide a picture-perfect backdrop. The adjacent lounge flows effortlessly onto the outdoor balcony, framed by floor-to-ceiling glass that floods the space with natural light.

On the entry level, you’ll find a cozy sitting room perfect for lazy afternoons and a good book, while the lower level delivers a spacious rumpus room ideal for movie nights, games, and family fun. The Bedrooms
Three beautifully styled bedrooms are tucked away on the entry level. The spacious master suite includes a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, and sleek private ensuite. Two more bedrooms—each with a queen bed—share a modern family bathroom with plenty of space for everyone to refresh and recharge.

Downstairs, the fourth bedroom is a kid’s paradise with fun tri-bunk beds that sleep three. This level also features a bathroom and separate powder room—perfect for larger groups or a bit of extra privacy.

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
