We really enjoyed our stay in a comfortable room with a great view of the city & great kitchen facilities, and loved our morning swim in the large outdoor pool under the glorious sun!

Free wifi but it never worked. Room not clean. Restaurant offers less choice and quality than an average cafe. Staff offer apologies but do nothing about the problems. We stayed for eight nights and were reassured that wifi would be fixed by next morning but on checkout, it still was not working. The air conditioner was stuck on cold. Had to turn it off but room soon became stuffy. Bed was made daily and fresh towels provided but little to nothing else was positive. Trams, buses and trains all within a 10 - 15 minute walk. Would not stay here again.

Lovely Hotel With city view. Though the internet connection is disappointing mostly at level 6 North. Space management between the bed and bathroom is very bad!
