The people were friendly and helpful. I wasn’t aware that the apartment I was going into could only be accessed by stairs, this could be an issue for someone less mobile, that also goes for the shower over the bath.

We are happy to help with carrying luggage upstairs, but it can be a bit of a struggle for people less mobile, as you say. We are happy to hear that you found our staff to be friendly and helpful. We loved the space of our 2 bedroom apartment. Heaps of room. It was clean and tidy. It just needs a few bits of TLC to bring it back to a perfect standard. Overall we were very happy.

Pretty neat and tidy. But They took a $500 deposit which seems over the top And now a week later it hasn’t been returned

We enjoyed a great, spacious 3 bedroom apartment with modern, comfortable furnishings. Easy check in and check out. Very friendly staff. An easy 15 minute walk to Luna Park & waterfront.
