It had foxtel. Didnt like it was a hotplate as food took a long time to cook and the bed was uncomfortable because it was two single beds put together

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry to hear there were a couple of issues impacting your recent stay with us. Regarding the bed we have what are called 'king split beds' which are very common in a wide range of Hotels around the globe. These beds allow hotels the flexibility to accommodate both couples sharing a bed and guest's wanting separate beds in the same room. I understand they are not to everyone's liking. On request a topper can be provided for the bed to offer additional comfort if required. We hope this does not deter you from staying with us in the future. Kind Regards,

The apartment (214) was well equipped and clean. The staff were friendly. We enjoyed the location being so close to Church Street. The location was also very quiet which was nice. The Kitchen was big enough to cook for my family when they visited which was very important for us as many have serious food allergies. I thought a little more care was required to ensure that supplies of consumables were adequate and replaced in a timely manner like toilet paper soap and washing powder etc we provided these for ourselves for most of our stay. In addition vacuuming of the floor was very intermittent. Cobwebs and dirt on the terrace furniture were cleaned by us. The external glass needed cleaning. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable.

I am sorry to hear some of the service's (replenishment of amenities) was not up to our usual standards. We have given this feedback to the House keeping Manager and she has assured it will be rectified. We have been experiencing a lot of dirty rain lately due to the bush fires and smoke in parts of NSW and regional Victoria. As a result the balcony windows have been affected. WE have been doing our best to keep on top of this but thank you for bringing it to our attention. I hope this does not deter you for staying with us in the future. Kind Regards, CSA Team
