Staying at the CSA in Brighton is always a treat. The room and facilities are excellent, and the beds are always comfortable. The supplied tea and coffee are, unfortunately, a more depressing story. These mean and execrable beverage sachets and bags strive for (and achieve!) a new low in taste and value. They were single-handedly responsible for driving me from my otherwise pleasant room in search of anything to wash the awful taste from my mouth. Fixing the tea and coffee problem would make this a five-star experience.

At all times, on calls to change dates etc, reception staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. They were the deal breaker for me, front desk staff excellent!!!

We arrived 10 minutes after the proposed check in time and checked in , got the keys and entered the apartment to discover its filthy , the level of mess and dirts inside it was breathtaking We discovered the the room was not cleaned as the house keeping was running behind . Likely the incompetent management of this place doing cost control by reducing the staff number to save few bucks and putting a massive load on few staff to do more than what they can do ! And the result was we checked in , in a filthy apartment in this current pandemic There must be proper deep cleaning and disinfection to minimise COVID spread ! With this poor careless level of cleanliness and incompetent management We felt very unsafe to stay there , we had to cancel and got a refund and got our holiday ruined . I feel sorry for anyone who would stay there and feel sorry for the overworking staff !

There is no question, we were not having a good day & were behind schedule. Thankfully a very rare occurrence & in this instance, one exacerbated by ongoing events placing extreme strain on recruitment efforts. Challenges I would hope you would be aware of.
