Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry to hear there were a couple of issues impacting your recent stay with us. Regarding the bed we have what are called 'king split beds' which are very common in a wide range of Hotels around the globe. These beds allow hotels the flexibility to accommodate both couples sharing a bed and guest's wanting separate beds in the same room. I understand they are not to everyone's liking. On request a topper can be provided for the bed to offer additional comfort if required. We hope this does not deter you from staying with us in the future. Kind Regards,

I am sorry to hear some of the service's (replenishment of amenities) was not up to our usual standards. We have given this feedback to the House keeping Manager and she has assured it will be rectified. We have been experiencing a lot of dirty rain lately due to the bush fires and smoke in parts of NSW and regional Victoria. As a result the balcony windows have been affected.
