Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry to hear there were a couple of issues impacting your recent stay with us. Regarding the bed we have what are called 'king split beds' which are very common in a wide range of Hotels around the globe. These beds allow hotels the flexibility to accommodate both couples sharing a bed and guest's wanting separate beds in the same room. I understand they are not to everyone's liking. On request a topper can be provided for the bed to offer additional comfort if required. We hope this does not deter you from staying with us in the future. Kind Regards,

I am sorry to hear some of the service's (replenishment of amenities) was not up to our usual standards. We have given this feedback to the House keeping Manager and she has assured it will be rectified. We have been experiencing a lot of dirty rain lately due to the bush fires and smoke in parts of NSW and regional Victoria. As a result the balcony windows have been affected. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It can not be denied the proximity of the train line does pose a challenge for us. On one hand guest's planning to use the public transport link find it extremely convenient being so close to the train station however for guest's sensitive to noise who have been allocated an apartment on the train side of the building may find it an interruption. What we suggest is (at the time of booking) to request an apartment on the Male Street side of the building so's to decrease the likelihood of being disturbed by the trains. Although we can not 100% guarantee a room away from the train line due to the limited number of apartments on the Male Street side we will do our very best to accommodate where possible. We really are spoilt for choice when it comes to eateries and shopping within walking distance of our front doorstep. Regarding the trains it does pose a challenge for us. We do try to accommodate all guest requests for a quiet apartment where possible however, we are also tied to the amount of apartments we have located away from the train line.
