The lady who was working at check in at 7pm on Saturday night was amazing. We had 2 room bookings, required 2 car park accesses. She served us, plus 2 other groups of people at the same time as juggling phone calls. Absolutely lovely and brilliant at her job. The room was spotless. Could not have been cleaner. Brilliant location. Very comfy beds. Will definitely be back. Thanks heaps.

Room was very clean, bed was spacious and comfortable, especially as we got a free upgrade to a king room. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit tight. Otherwise, a lovely overnight stay.

The rooms are older but very clean and comfortable. Very convenient and close to walk to geg food etc. Front of house staff were very welcoming and helpful. Car parking available onsite for $30 which was convenient.

Great stay. We stayed for 20 nights whilst visiting family in Melbourne. The room was a good size with everything you need. Good fridge, TV & air con. The staff were very helpful & friendly. We had an issue with our room card when we first checked in and Therese got it sorted for us swiftly. The location is perfect for exploring Melbourne, easy walk into the CBD & close to tram stops but far enough so you aren't in the immediate hustle & bustle. Great surrounding area with lots of bars and restaurants. Would recommend & would definitely stay again. Thanks

Nice hotel, pool and rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Only bad point is you can hear everything that’s going on outside your room and hear lots of footsteps from the room above. It was difficult to get to sleep early with all the noise. But we enjoyed our stay.

Nice large, clean room, well serviced daily. Friendly stafff. Excellent location for this hotel. My only question/comment is the so-called 'breakfast' room. A large, quite inviting looking dining room. But whenever I have looked in at that room during my stays here, there is nobody serving, and no menus! Very odd, and disappointing.
