Killed 2 cockroaches on my way into my room. Check in and check didn’t speak to anyone it’s automated desk. Had to stick a towel on the ground behind the door to stop the light from the hall, noise from the hall and more cockroach’s coming in. Shower head sprayed water everywhere leaking in multiple spots. Quite dated and disappointing for an Accor venue
