Booked an executive suite- tiny best book the family room.
I found all the staff friendly and helpful.
TV remote never worked towels issued but never changed but you can request clean ones

Convenient location, relatively quiet
Maintenance was poor including:
fridge missing leg (so rocked)
aircon not working
cereal bowl missing (replaced after third request)
bidet hose attachment not working
bathroom fan noisy
bed soft, not made properly and not queen size as expected
front desk service very slow

The room was meant to be deluxe, yet the walls were dirty and marked, main bedroom actually had holes along the side of the wall near bed, fridge was leaning backwards and to the right like the legs broken, toilet cistern loose and leaning, no iron, no hair-dryer, flat batteries in tv remote amd heat pump, very old and dated room. Spoke to reception and the guy didn't seem to care, even when i told him picture on the internet not a true picture of the room. Very disappointed, even had to go out side to walk up the street to get to the room so bad luck if its raining. And no fresh towels or toilet rolls or anything for our entire stay. Aircon made a very loud noise regardless what setting it was on, which was annoying trying to sleep as well as bad odour.

notified we had to move to the Jasper Hotel as there was a water leak at Arrow on Swanston. Jasper hotel has no parking and was a 15min walk aeay.We picked arrow for its parking and indoor pool. Night staff at both hotels were rude and un helful.
