A great little property, the facilities were fantastic including the nice room layout and the tea/coffee facilities. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location is close to the parliamentary triangle which made it easy to get around southern Canberra.

The room was comfortable and the communal lounge area was spacious and relaxed which compensated for the smallish rooms. The soundproofing wasn’t great and you could hear everything in the neighbouring rooms and corridor. Would stay again if just for an overnight visit, as the location is convenient.

Great facilities, the lounge area and library were very appealing. The room we were in was quite small but met our needs for a 1 night stay. The bed was fixed against the window with no room to walk around so if you get the small room be aware one of you will be climbing across the bed if you are a couple. Also beware not to crack your shins at the platform the bed is on sticks out. The sound insulation was ok between rooms, but in the morning, I could hear people having conversations in the hallway (not the fault of the hotel but worth being aware of). Having a decent TV, free movies and wifi was a nice bonus. Staff were fantastic and could not be more helpful. No restaurant in the hotel but there are several restaurants nearby and ubereats/menulog is available (staff will even bring it to your room for you) Hope to stay again. Thank you
