We were visiting relatives in this area, so the proximity to family was very handy. The accommodation is near major Motorway and off ramps. We knew this before booking so didn't bother us much, but could for others. The room we booked was spacious, clean and had everything we wanted. The kitchenette was well stocked. It is walkable to Manukau shopping centre, but just be aware lots of traffic to navigate. Friendly helpful staff. Parking available at $15 per night (if not a member of ALL Hotel chain. You also would want to get a park early as they seemed to fill up quickly. Not sure where you would park your vehicle if all the parks were fill. I would stay here again, and would recommend to other Family and friends if in this region.

I live on a farm to the noise was a factor however for seasoned city dwellers it was fully acceptable. I was super surprised at how clean modern and large the room was. Extra touches like coffee pods and tea selections very welcome. I found check in a little terse but maybe it was me? I would def stay again.

Amazing service from start to finish! The staff were so welcoming and looked after me and my partner, even offering great perks and services as part of becoming members. Our room was spacious, warm, and had Sky TV. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Plenty of food options are just a short walk away, plus there’s convenient onsite parking. Highly recommend!
