I booked and paid for 2 rooms for two nights. the room for 2 adults and 3 children only provided for 2 adults and 2 children. Hotel wanted me to pay for an extra child, but I refuse saying that the room was booked for 2 adults and 3 children. They accepted my reasoning however it was embarrassing.

This is my new favorite place to stay when I meed to be in the CBD, its convenient, parking next next, clean, reasonably priced and the staff are lovely.
