I booked and paid for 2 rooms for two nights. the room for 2 adults and 3 children only provided for 2 adults and 2 children. Hotel wanted me to pay for an extra child, but I refuse saying that the room was booked for 2 adults and 3 children. They accepted my reasoning however it was embarrassing.

Repeat visitor because of location Repeated trouble with their air conditioning: not reactive enough, complicated control, blows heat instead of cold, 1 little unit for multi room suite > all inadequate Also repeated problems with elevators. They have 4 but 1 to 2 are blocked off for their own staff, 1 is often broken > which leaves 1 elevator for all guests

Staff are excellent, always helpful and efficient, very nice hotel with a lovely pool and good gym. Extremely clean and comfortable, great location. Would definitely stay again.
