As our plane arrived late and missed yellow bus, didn't arrive at hotel until around 3am, to be told to wait 5 minutes as system update. Then told we were regarded as a " No show ". Tired and with 2 children so wasn't happy. Finally sorted, and staff this morning very helpful, offering a late checkout. Very small room for 4 , but was very clean and good amenities.

I've stayed here several times. Rooms are small but have always been clean. Staff on the front counter always helpful. Woolworths supermarket is about a 3 minute walk away. The international and domestic terminals are a 20 minute walk and you can bring your luggage trolley with you.

Room was very clean, staff were very courteous. Just on the small size, but perfect location for airport, and beds were comfortable which was just what we needed. Handy supermarket 1 min away cafes and restaurant all right there in the block with IBIS.

It was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay near the airport. The hotel room although rather tired and need of refurbishment was very clean and more spacious than other newer Ibis hotel rooms. The cleanliness was only let down by a dirty glass shower door.

I have to say the location of this hotel, is great for overnight before those who catching an early flight. Supermarkets and few fast food place nearby is a plus. The room was ok. It has everything you need, kettles, tea cups teas and coffee. All the basic. Bed is comfortable enough. Also have a pub/restautant downstairs as well.
