Perfectly located to Auckland International airport, I needed only 5 mins to drive there. Upon arrival the staff member was welcoming & friendly. My room was clean & had everything I required. I will definitely be back!

Very small room and bathroom but for one night prior to international travel it is fine. Walking distance to airport with carry on luggage. Bathroom smelt musty. Surprisingly quiet.

Ridiculously small rooms. Two people can't walk past each other in the room. One has to shuffle into the small space between the single beds so the other can get by. Bathroom is small, as well. The staff is helpful and the Yellow Bus picks up at the hotel.

They advertise that they have a shuttle. No they don't. You take the public bus that goes to the hotel and you have to pay for it. It wasn't that much but it caused a lot of confusion. I think it is false advertising.

Great option for a quick overnight stay—especially if you’re arriving late and just need a convenient place to rest before starting your vacation or heading home. It’s not a luxury property and amenities are limited, but it works well for a simple, no-frills night’s sleep. That said, the front desk experience could be improved. A warmer welcome, more attentiveness, and a more customer-focused attitude would make a big difference. Hospitality really sets the tone for a stay, even a short one. Simple touches like greeting guests with a smile, offering clear information about the property, and showing a bit more patience and professionalism would elevate the overall experience. A stronger emphasis on guest service would turn this from just a practical stay into a more pleasant one.

Spotless room and very comfy beds. Exactly what we needed after a long haul flight. Shower was also very good. Vending machine for snacks, maccas a few mins walk away and nice to be able to walk there from the airport. You can use the airport luggage trolleys all the way. Took maybe 15mins,

We were able to arrange a late checkout due to an evening flight, and it was easy and reasonably priced. The room is quite small, but has everything that you might need for a short stay. The bathroom, while small, has a nice shower with a handheld. The nicest touch of all is a free laundry on the first floor! Such a great amenity to have when you are flying home the next day! I highly recommend ibis!

Modern and very clean hotel on business park with walkable food options and Woolworths. Hotel is 15 min walk from terminals so need a (paid bus) which is every 40mins. Decent good value but if you can afford it, choose the closer option. Rooms are small and very odd electric plug/lights system so your phone doesn’t charge over night (very annoying). Shower excellent and free coffee/tea machine and fast WiFi.

Teeny Tiny rooms, but that is what an Ibis supplies. Good, helpful staff, really easy check-in. I had five rooms on one booking, took less than 10 minutes for all rooms to be allocated
