I was a lone adult with 3 young children. No parking meant I had to leave the children in temp parking whilst I tried to organise luggage etc in room, or in the room alone while I parked or retrieved my vehicle off-site. Not helpful at reception

Great location and easy to get around. Fantastic apartments. Terrible parking if you have a car! Couldn’t watch YouTube or Netflix due to ‘network issues’! Other than that it’s worth staying there.

We had an emergency and needed somewhere to stay. The price was very affordable - especially for its location. The room was very good, the bed wa perfect! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We stayed for 6 nights in a 2brd apartment. Nice view of the city's interchange roads. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was big with washing machine and dryer. Short walk to the main shopping street (Queen St.) Lots of restaurants and woolies, chemist warehouse and well know branded stores.Oh and Macas too. We travelled around during the day and it was nice coming back to the apartment at the end of the day feels like our little home away from home. Just a terrific stay and thank you all the staff at Nesuto!

The parking is a bit awkward to access (very narrow, sharp turn to get in and limited to 1.9m in height to get in) and can be slippery when wet, but other than that it is a great place to stay.

Always a 10/10 stay. Easy check in and check out process & clean rooms. There was no dryer in the 1 bedroom apartment as opposed to in the 2bdrms however not a biggie.

Overall was good value for the price, some glass panels on the balcony were lose and wobbly which was scary and unsafe for us with young children. The room was relatively clean but could have been better in all honesty. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The property was good value for the money. The room was spacious and clean. The room was well equipped, apart from not having a heat pump and we needed to request another couple of blankets. Having the on site parking is really useful, but be mindful that it is very tight. Overall however, we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the staff were pleasent to deal with.

I recently stayed over the weekend, I walked through the entrance i greeted the receptionist with a smile and they didn't smile or say anything, just gave me a look which made me feel uncomfortable. When they spoke it was rude and wasn't hospitality like. I wasn't informed where the amenities were, i.e., where the laundry was, etc. In the room the couch was a little bit damp, the blinds in the room next door to the living room had marks on them. Also there was a missing knob on the element. On the positive note, when I rang the morning of checking in, i had asked if was possible to check in early and check out later, he was very accommodating and helped with my queries.
