Great location with parking across the street (remember to take parking ticket to hotel service desk instead of pay machine so it's cheaper), staff were friendly, rooms were good enough but some small wear and tear, surprisingly no toilet brushes, small grout damage etc but all good.. keep up the good work

Where its located not far from destination n convenience.had the best view from the room.beds so comfortable.bathroom a .wifi tops.reception n service awsome.definetly reccomend.

Significant delay on check in due to cleaning staff shortages. Understandable but communications regarding this were poor meaning we sat waiting for nearly 3 hours. A free breakfast would have softened the blow

Due to staff shortages check in was delayed for a lot of people. The staff were excellent & professional during this time. We had an enjoyable stay regardless and would stay again

No servicing of the room. I was not told rooms were not serviced every day. I pay good money to stay and expect good service. Walking day the hallway and a used breakfast tray with food scraps on it from another room was sitting outside their door for 2 days. Dirty and disgusting

Got allocated a accessible room when we’re able people - asked to be moved as vanity too low and they wouldn’t cooperate- also no room service available due to staff shortages
