Everything is great, the staff are always so helpful to my husband and I. We have had bad health over the past ten months so to get the extra assistance when we really need it is so appreciated by us. Little things like carrying in an armchair that assists me in sitting which after having a knee replacement helps me a lot. We appreciate the good service.

The magnificent and spectacular view of the harbor, bay, and bridge made up for any deficiencies with the property. Check in was smooth but staff was short and not overtly friendly. Room was clean. While there is a small combined washer/dryer unit, it cannot realistically be utilized as it takes ~6 hours to complete the process, is extremely loud, and is right at the entrance to the bathroom from the main bedroom, making it impossible to sleep with the machine on. However the view made up for this inconvenience

Arrived from Canada and had booked a 1 Bedroom Seaview Suite at Ocean Breeze. They stuck us in the basement of the hotel with only a view of an 8 foot hedge and the sky. It was awful. Not what we expected after booking a sea view suite, thinking we’d see the Bay Area with sailboats on the water, as seen in photos from the hotel. Unsure if this was a result of us booking our room through Hotels.com….

This is a great, quiet location. 5 minute walk to Bayswater ferry to Auckland CBD. Our 1 bedroom was very spacious and had all the necessities including a washing machine so would be perfect for a long stay or overnight like we did.

We had a great stay at Ocean Breeze Hotel for three nights. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. The location is ideal for us, offering beautiful views of the CBD and Harbour Bridge. Public transport options, including buses and ferries, are easily accessible for getting to the city or exploring the North Shore, and there are plenty of parking spaces available! The property could benefit from some maintenance, especially the exterior. The curtain in our living room couldn’t fully close, which was a bit annoying. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was quite spacious, and the area was peaceful and quiet. We would definitely come back and stay here again in the future.
