Good value, convenient suite hotel.

Suite was newly decorated, clean and had everything I wanted, including a little balcony with a great view of the city. Just a 10 min walk from the bus terminal - although uphill - no need for expensive cabs. Desk staff cheerful and helpful. It’s a suite hotel so no amenities such as a restaurant but right on main drag, which has everything. Silent at night.

Parking, first in first served. This was stated, then i received an email asking if I wanted parking, i said yes then got another email saying first in first served! Why ask? The only complaint about the room we had was the bathroom door was squeaky and woke up my husband when i opened it during the night. Otherwise, comfy bed, great pillows, good temperature, great shower and plenty of room for 2.

Nice stay in Auckland CBD

We stayed here two nights before the new year. Front desk Staff are amazing ,very friendly and help you in anything you request for them. We had to stay one more night extra due to flight cancellation they accommodated us put us in good view room. This place is walkable to CBD and sky tower and lots of restaurants around here. Overall good place to stay near the CBD,

Quest on Queen Street

Another fantastic stay at Quest. We stayed over New Year andcrequested a room overlooking the park and the Sky Tower and it was fabulous. Watching the fireworks from our balcony was truly spectacular. Since our last stay 2 years ago, it looks like the rooms have been upgraded. They are very spacious with a very comfy bed and a large shower room (with washer and dryer). Nice and quiet too. Hotel is very central with only a 5 minute walk down Queen Street to all the shops and 10 minutes to the waterfront. The best thing about staying at Quest is, without doubt, the staff. So friendly and helpful. They could not do enough for you. Would not hesitant in recommending this hotel to anyone.
