A very comfortable room with everything I needed, was very clean and quiet. Good strong shower and a choice of pillows, plenty of space for unpacking and repacking. Helpful and friendly staff. Airport shuttle was on time, clean comfortable, bags were loaded for you and started with clear communication as to its service. Inhouse restaurant was surprisingly good with a big choice on the menu.

This was such a convenient location....we were very comfortable, cosy, slept well and the staff members that cleaned our room were exceptional....We would definitely stay at JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport again...Thanking Everyone...there....especially the young manager on the 'eve' when we received our 'room' card key....well he was Exceptional in every way....Farwell for now...

Was totally not what i expected from an airport hotel which I thought would be functional - this place was next level with the rooms feeling like staying at a 5-star resort. I have never stayed in a place that was so well thought out, with every single detail considered. The amenities were top notch; the staff were the most helpful that I have experienced in a long time making the whole process was smooth. Exceptional value for money

Our room was small but had all the basics required for an overnight stay. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash, plus body lotion was a nice touch, meant I didn't have to unpack/repack my own. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. One manager took it upon himself to press AUD when I was making a transaction which I wasn’t going to press so I was a bit taken aback. Liquid soap in shower was empty on arrival and still empty 48 hours later. We swapped it out for soap. Not routinely checked. Overall a great place to stay for a short trip. Close to the airport with free shuttle.

Other than some communication issues related to the airport shuttle, our one night stay was fine. Luckily the restaurant was open late so we were able to catch dinner before bed. The food at the hotel is good. We were upgraded to a suite, which was nice. The gym is small, so avoid the normally crowded times if you want to do something particular. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Excellent service and a very nice hotel. The staff was great throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention Alex, the front desk agent who assisted us with check-in. He was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and offered us an upgraded room with more space. Ivan, who served us at the restaurant, was also exceptional—very attentive and professional, with excellent customer service skills. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.
