Great value for money. Room was large and spacious and had a balcony which was nice for fresh air. Unfortunately you were not allowed drinks in the pool area otherwise we would have used the spa pool. Property is dated but bed was comfy and it was quiet so we would happily stay again.

Wonderful spacious bathtubs, updated carpet and table and chairs, but the rest is 20 years dated (last stay was 21 years ago when we got married. Bathroom Door framing in poor condition. Lovely customer service. Did not try the food service. Parking felt safe. Great location. Handy kitchenette. Wonderful housekeeping service.

Best comfortable bed! I travel for work and hate it when beds are always hard and uncomfortable. This is forst time in a ling time i have stayed somewhere with such a comfy bed. I didnt want to get out

This hotel was a real let down. The room was not clean or maintained at all. There was melted ice cream in the freezer from the last guest (also, this showed us the freezer didn't work). The timber blinds around the bathroom were completely rusted where they connected so they couldn't be used... meaning there is NO privacy in the bathroom. The bed sheets had stains, which my partner promptly allocated as "my side". Not a great experience. The only real positive was the customer service. The gentleman that checked us in was great... too bad the state of the hotel wasn't up to the same standard.

I had a lovely balcony that overlooked the city with a view of the sky tower. It was quiet, very spacious, lovely staff and everything worked. K road was very close which had takeaways and dairies, bottle stores etc and cafes. Queens street was a quick walk across the park and there were many Asian food options which are my favourite. Only thing that was an issue was the TV would turn on by itself on some kind of timer and display the Hotel QR code. Everything else was good
