Nice clean room, shower door didn’t work properly so water got out on the floor which was annoying but the shower itself was great

With the air conditioning out it was very hot even with fans so had to have balcony door and windows open. Unfortunately the area is not a nice area where it is situated with what seems like emergency housing and lots of street people all night long going up and down street making noise. Constant banging from above room through night to 3am Staff were nice

The room was in desperate need of an overhaul! The air conditioning didn’t work and the controls had been taped up with thick white tape. The same tape made an appearance at the bottom of the bathroom door to hold it together and the cleanliness of the room and balcony left a lot to be desired. Shame the room doesn’t receive the same treatment as the foyer area of the building!

There was no air conditioning which on a hot day in January isn't good enough. Apparently an ongoing issue for a few months so we wouldn't have booked if we knew that. Also the bathroom had ants and was grimy. Not family friendly as we had a balcony and no lock on the balcony door. We could not relax with our three year old, worrying he might open the door. The tv did not have any channels we had to cast from our phones. Dairy free milk options would have been great. The iron provided did not work I had to phone for another one and took ages to get it. Won't stay here again.

Good value for money Aircon was broken during stay which was disappointing as we were only told on arrival. Tried to leave windows open to cool room however people yelling on the street outside made this impossible overnight. Asked staff to reimburse price of parking and they obliged which seemed a fair compromise. Poor communication to start but good customer service.

Room was fine but after traveling so far got told we couldnt park there so had to find somewhere else. Also pretty frustrated they dont take cash, booked through expedia so did not know this and staff were rude about pointing it out.
