Central to city Disappointed lack of car parks And our bed was not comfortable- leg missing off bed Had been painted - excellent Pool area all very good No bar or restaurant now

Due to COVID & new management, no longer restaurant or bar facilities but, is still comfortable and conveniently close to the inner city.

Our room felt very “tired”, fridge cupboard door didn’t close properly, kitchen floor tiles cracked and bathroom mirror scratched. Shower curtain didn’t look like it had been changed for ages, and ranchslider curtain had come unhooked at one end. Bathroom needed a good refresh. Bed was comfortable, but overall our room could have done with a spruce up.

Parkside is a great place to stay, I’d def stay there again. The only thing that wasn’t so good was the cleaners only doing half a job twice , once when I first arrived and the second time I had to call to get them to finish it ..but overall a fab place to stay :-)

Excellent customer service by Lavinia on check-in and she also offered us a car park outside the hotel,next to the rubbish bins as the car park was full.Excellent and friendly housekeepers and again excellent customer service on checkout as we were checking out on the first day of Lockdown.As a regular customer there,it was our first stay since the name change of the hotel.will definetly continue to use this hotel !!!!
