Outdated air conditioning and hair on all the clean towels. Sudimas are usually pretty good but i fear auckland airport sudima is lagging and inconsistent with the others

Think of there is a known issue then this needs to be addressed to customers immediately. When we checked in no one advised there was a maintenance issue with hot water, which caused brown water in the bath tub. I couldn’t bath my children and this was at 730pm when I rang to address this . Then there was a delay with more communication which I then had to head downstairs to the lobby as no one answered the phone at reception , this was 930pm and was then told there is no other room for me to move and the water was still brown . We were also locked out of our room the next day as no one activated the second card we were given either.
