Clean room with excellent staff. Wonderful location in the centre of town and a few yards from the beach. The pool was small but nice and surrounded by well maintained garden, although there were no sun beds. The laundry facilities were very limited and the inroom TV had little choice other than some local channels. Would we stay again - Yes

We stayed for 2 nights and the staff was so accomadating for our time of arrival. The room was private and clean, equipped with all the amenities and so relaxing. The beach is literall just there down the road. Overall it was a great place to stay. Thanks!

This beautiful little hotel, tucked away in beautifully landscaped grounds, close to a lovely beach town, not far from downtown Auckland, is a gem. With the beach, water and lots of restaurants nearby, definitely a place I’d love to stay at more than one night. The pool clean and gorgeous, a refrigerator and dishes, guest laundry room, parking on site, all wonderful. The warm welcome at the reception made us feel at home. Loved our stay!

Great place to stay at! Close to the Bay Area and beach. We saw kiters riding. Hopefully we will try next time too! The place is easy to find and we loved the area even more than Auckland. The place is clean and cozy. Very convenient to check in and out

Our two bedroom Penthouse apartment at Emerald Beach was spotless. Was filled with fabulously comfortable linens, on the beds and soft furnishings in the lounge room. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. We shall stay here again. Really well positioned.
