Great stay, amazing staff, lovely food, parking options not available anymore is a real shame and after all these years there is still the problem of running out of towels to use when you go to the pool.

Easy valet parking and a quiet hotel were the highlights, everybody was very friendly. The room was dated but that didn’t really matter, the bed was super comfortable which was great. The room needed a good dusting, it was a bit dirty in places.

When we arrived there was no parking available. On looking for a parking spot my young daughter wet herself... Once we arrived after the walk to the hotel we checked in and when entering our room we saw there was already people in the room and we had been double booked. After returning to the check-in area the staff were lovely and myself and my kids another room. Issues with parking, issues with room allocation but other than that the staff were very apologetic and did a good job at rectifyling a bad start to the visit

Beautiful hotel. Got an upgraded room which made my day. Love the ambiance in the foyer - really adds the full stop in luxury accomodation. Hotel is a bit out of the way from cbd shopping.

Great property and fantastic facilities. Location is great if staying in town for a conference or and rooms are a grear size. Shower over bath is a little dated so could do with some love but other than that overall a great property.
