We resently stayed for four nights. The hotel is tired, needs a good thorough clean. We had to wait for an hour and a half for our room as it was not cleaned, we then noticed it was not cleaned properly with food and dirt on the floors and mould in the tiles etc. such a shame as I do like the cordis I just hope they take onboard this feedback. They did move us to another room that helped and we did appreciate that but the hallway had a dead cockroach at our door and looked as though it had not been vacuumed in days. Marks over walls and doors etc.

Exceptional customer service and friendly professional staff. The room was lovely but needed a slightly better clean. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Very quiet and safe. Only a 10 minute Uber down to the Viaduct which was great.
