A bit good and a bit of attention needed

Front desk was welcoming & even upgraded us. Concierge team was very friendly and quite helpful. Housekeeping made the bed but did not replace towels or bottled water nor cleaned our used glasses. Carpets need attention. Bed was quite comfortable. Shower was awesome.
