For a 5 star hotel it’s quite average. Grand Milleniums club lounge access has snacks available throughout the whole day but this one only had set times. Could hear everything from the room next door because of the doors between them. Not really worth just under $500 per night. The beds lovely but o think it’s all quite average

I liked the following things about my stay: Great suite that felt very comfortable and beautiful. Great amenities too. However there were several things where cordis team needs to improve. 1. The room service was very slow. I had to ask for coffee cups 3 times. Same thing with house keeping. Same things with getting the help to bring the luggage down. 2. The buffet breakfast was mostly good, great tasting omelette and lots of other options. However some things tasted a bit cheap like croissants, hash browns and chicken sausages. 3. The swimming pool was very dirty. Details like that kind of diminish the experience and make you reconsider if you want to come back which is a shame as there are lots of good things about the hotel. I found bed and pillows very comfortable. I hope the team can fine tune these details.

Nice hotel, convenient to University of Auckland and medical center. Has health club with fitness and massage facilities. Three restaurants attached to hotel offer decent menus. Area around hotel varies from university / business and convenience stores are a short walk. There is a shuttle which takes you to business / harbor district. Staff are outstanding. Second stay and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely room in the pinnacle towers. Great choice at breakfast buffet. Staff all very courteous and friendly. Avoid school holidays though. Queues for check in, queues for breakfast, pool and spa full of kids. Will be more careful with dates in future.

Love the Codis - The Best

We usually book the Executive Lounge Access room so we can enjoy afternoon tea, dinner & breakfast no extra charge. Of course its much more expensive but its worth it. Love the Hotel, its beautiful and the kids love the outside warm pool and hot spa. Not a lot around outside but there is a free shuttle down to the CBD.
