Good hotel in an excellent location with great access to the airport terminal. However when we stayed in July 24 it was in the middle of a busy work zone. My only negative is the restaurant area and breakfast is very bland and could desperately do with a revamp.

Great when you need to be at the airport early for your next leg. The hotel is nice, clean and what you await of a Novotel. The only thing would have been nice to be (pre)check-in before 2PM so that you can enjoy your day trip in Auckland. But they do keep your luggage in storage.

It was raining and had to get to on foot due to the car park being a very long way from hotel and there was alot of construction going on making access to the emtrance difficult. Also i was annoyed that my credit card was charged for using the mini bar when in fact we didnt. I called them and they re embersed my card immediatly but are unable to rememberse my $100 ro deposit for 5 to 7 working days. Apart from that the room was clean and nice.
