Great value for money, great location for going to something at Spark arena which is easy to get to from there, the Rose Gardens are always nice, it's quiet, free parking, the rooms are nice and spacious, and the renovations have made a big difference. Have stayed before and will be back.

Good property close to the Spark Arena. Currently under going refurishment but was in a room already refurbished. Good room, good staff, good breakfast. Definitely staff here again.

The Hotel is old but was tidy and the room good sized. The staff on the other hand need some training on good service. Was quite rude and very unprofessional on check in and querying things. Nice and handy to Spark arena.

Room was quite pricey considering our bathroom had a lot of mold and a broken shower head and the toilet made a really loud noise after it had finished flushing. The floor also obviously hadn't been cleaned/vaccumed as there was a pill on the floor that definitely was not from us. Location was good.
