The location of this hotel near Sky City is excellent, especially proximity to the inter-city bus stop and The Shakespeare Brewery Pub; I found the computer-controlled elevator system to be weird and potentially alarming: the higher the technology, the greater inflexibility when things go wrong. It is a minor complaint, I suppose, but it was akin to claustrophobia, not having more control over elevator stops.
