The staff were ok got a trainee on check-in and check out she wasn't bad was learning but it all took longer. Parking is super convenient and really cheap for Auckland. One thing i hate in hotels is those tiny milks. There was sleeping for four and we got six pottles so really only enough to make two drinks.lucky there was me and a six year old who had half a hot chocolate..
