Great location , perfect beds.

Excellent location . The beds were the most comfortable ever stayed in .The room was functional and clean. The staff at the entrance were very helpful and friendly . The staff in the Atrium bar seemed inexperienced and not terribly helpful .

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing 1 night stay at the Grand Millennium, i honestly could not recommend this hotel enought! From the easy parking to the short walk into town it was perfect location. I also forgot my travel adapter so i called the reception thinking i'd be out of luck but they had one and it was at the door within minutes! Great stay, will definitely be returning!!

Great hotel! Would love to stay again.

Hotel was lovely. Food was delicious. Staff were so helpful, always going above and beyond. Definitely felt like a priority here. Pool and gym were a fantastic addition. Location is very handy to shops. Short walk to water front.

Lovely as always

I have stayed at this hotel several times and this stay was as good as the rest. I actually tried somewhere different this year but ended up leaving and moving to the Grand Millenium because I knew I'd get some sleep here. Thank you to the reception staff who were calming and friendly at 1am when I was desperate for peace and quiet! The room is clean, the beds so comfortable and all staff from those who service the rooms to those who help you into your taxi are obliging, polite and friendly. One little thing I would like to see, is a darker facecloth for makeup removal. Such a small thing, but I don't like getting makeup on the beautiful white cloths and have enjoyed hotels in other places that have a dedicated cloth for makeup. I will not make the mistake of booking in a different hotel again. I always get a good night's sleep here and am well relaxed when I leave. Thank you.

Overpriced and needs makeover

I was expecting alot more for the price. Over priced standard rooms. Don't order the ribs, we ordered room service and the ribs came with no sauce on them, just dry over cooked meat. Was disgusting. breakfast was ok but when I asked a staff member where the coffee is she pointed to a machine and said order there. Coffee turned up at the end of breakfast and was charged for it! They charge an extra $2 to walk from the pay station machine to the desk to pay for parking. Pay at the machine. Overall I won't waste my money here again.

Comfortable and close to city

Good value for money. Big room. Comfortable bed. Close to city within walking distance. Concierge staff very helpful. The Japanese restaurant Buffett was really good. I like the gym a lot.

Okay Hotel,

Was told upon arrival that I had to pay a $200 per night deposit on my 4 night stay. When I attempted to pay in cash , I was told the deposit was now $400 per night if paying cash. Not a good start when checking in at 2:00 am with a 5 year old child. We won't be returning in a hurry.
