The reverse cycle heater did not work and it was cold, took out heater from cupboard but cumbersome to install No person at reception and the bell on the outer door did not work room carpet was dirty and kettle was stained

First-time visit to Auckland, so we did not know the city. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the cruise terminal and the core downtown shopping area. There was also a grocery store nearby. The rooms were well-furnished and very clean. The staff were friendly and personally ensured that a minor issue was quickly taken care of. Highly recommend this place as a great base to explore Auckland..
