The room was spacious and clean.Had to take our bags to the room.No facecloths,tea towels,broken ironing board and the two irons supplied both leaked water..Room not serviced ran out of toilet paper ,tea and milk on first day!!!.View from room 421 was very pleasant.Outside surrounding very pleasant for walking and good restaurants all close by. The room was very nice and the staff was great. The room was large and the bathtub was a wonderful soaking tub. Important thing to know though...you have to call the hotel when you arrive the first time and have them come let you up the elevator. Once you check in, access to the elevator is easy.

The room was nice & big but a little dated. The main issue was that our did not get serviced once & we stayed there for 3 nights. Our coffee pods ran out after a day so we called the reception to get it restocked & that never happened.
