The room was spacious and clean.Had to take our bags to the room.No facecloths,tea towels,broken ironing board and the two irons supplied both leaked water..Room not serviced ran out of toilet paper ,tea and milk on first day!!!.View from room 421 was very pleasant.Outside surrounding very pleasant for walking and good restaurants all close by. Check in was a nightmare, staff lied about confirmed check in time. Room was in need of maintenance, staff were unresponsive, there was little to no cleaning service, room not cleaned or bed made for our 4 night stay. The hotel is closing in 3 weeks and it is clear the staff have already left or are not interested in delivering service.

There is no service provided … no phone in the room to connect the reception . The toilet got running water all night long …. No aircon provided to the room , it got so hot during the night ( no wonder they provided a tower fan in the room)….and mini fridge is warm . No any condiments ( lotions tooth brush etc) , try to check out at 7:45 am , no one in the reception only a note on the door asked to leave the room card inside of the room …. Then I have to go all the way back to the room again …… really wasted time when you in a rush ….

Room was great value for money, clean and great location, check in was easy. Could have been 5 star but for a few little things, the internet to the TV was intermittent which was annoying. The roller blinds were broken, and the curtains did not go to the floor meaning sun woke us up way too early but great for what we paid.

The hotel is simply not up to scratch. One of the rooms booked the air conditioning didn’t work. The replacement rooms fridge was not able to be used, since you couldn’t close the door due to ice. Ironically at time of checkin, we were told that a maintenance bond was required if we broke anything - what a joke. Also, I had to engage in a discussion when I asked for two keys. Eventually we were provided with two keys, which is standard across the industry. In short there are better hotels in the area.

Booked this as wanted a place near the water and saw a pool in the booking. I got there to find pool is not part of the hotel. I booked it due to having a pool. Plus the room was so hot I sweat and told them to check aircon. I was going to a wedding and was so hot in my room made it difficult to get ready without sweating. One good thing is the view was nice and the room setup was great and bathroom spacious.
