Fab room, hotel facilities underwhelming
Room was lovely and very spacious but was concerning that anyone could access hotel floor via hotel lift without swiping key card. Cleaning not done until late afternoon which was annoying. Also time not consistent. Stayed 3 nights in Room 115. Toilet was very low. Safe also on a very low shelf so not possible to easily access. Had to request additional teas and coffees which were promptly supplied. Nowhere to get a coffee on site when we arrived (public holiday). Found staff difficult to understand - reception, restaurant, housekeeping.
