Dear Anonymous guest, I am surprised at your review. Our teams are very friendly and everyone acknowledges that. If you can contact us with specific details, we can attend to it. Being Anonymous, we can’t even validate when and where you stayed. We have no record of any contact from you regarding noise or the bed being an issue. Our beds are new. We do understand that every guest have their own individual preferences and likes. We try to accommodate most of the preferences but hotels are designed and catered to as per general standards and taste. Valet parking in our building is complex and it can take some wait during traffic times as exit to buildings is on a different street. CBD buildings and parkings can be complex and it’s just the nature of how buildings in CBD are made... something beyond anyone’s practical control. Our hotel gets great reviews from most guest, exception from those who we evict due to them creating any noise or disturbance to other patrons.

Dear Nigel, Appreciate your feedback. its great to see that you recognize the balconies of the rooms. You may not have observed that the apartment appears smaller because it has added full kitchen with appliances and full height Cabinets. The apartment also comes with an in room washer dryer in its own closet. Both these items take up space but gives very handy facilities. Normal hotels don't have such offerings and thus their rooms may appear bit more spacious. We do not have procedure to switch fridges off and this particular apartment has much larger fridge with switch behind the fridge. The apartments have been in regular refurbishment and while some items got delayed due to COVID, all apartments are very hygienically cleaned and maintained. We have already completed replacement of new beds and new international plug socket bedside lamps with added USB charging ports to name a few improvements. Inhouse maintenance team have been retouching the rooms and furniture. Very soon these rooms are getting brand new carpets and Kitchen benchtops to Quartz stone. I notice that you have stayed here many times and thank you for the patronage. We are good value for money, which attracts a lot of repeat guests.

Dear Kerrie, Thanks for your feedback. The food Service in these COVID times is unsustainable till business grows, which thankfully it is picking up now. The service is being prepared to reopen next month. The suspension of the facility had already been done on all sites. The new driveway and Porch is a face lift work for the hotel entrance but the contractor made sure that guest had access all times and our prompt valets park the car for you. Your car is perfectly safe to park out t the front with most areas now re-opened. Thanks for your encouraging score, I believe you enjoyed your stay experience barring the two mentioned items.
