there was no internet and i had to supply my own. my vehicle was backed into some boards in the basement. so noisy through the night. people running up and down the corridor. the toilet had used toilet paper everywhere

While the location of the property was useful for us on a single night stop between flights, the quality was a let down. There were stains on the couch, stains on the carpet, stains on the headboard, stains on the curtains. There were no towels in the room, and a big bag of what looked like soiled linen sitting in front of one of the elevator doors on the 9th floor. The bed was comfortable, the included breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, but I wouldn't stay here again.

I don’t even know where to begin, this has to be a 2 star hotel at the most. Ripped chairs and cushions, blood on curtain nets, stained bedside tables, holes in walls, black handprints on walls, doorframe ripped off and nailed back on with the nails hanging out, black mould in shower and up walls, dust build up. Complained about the room and got moved on the last night of my 3 day stay, after really bad customer service. Next room was clean but had absolutely no soundproofing so was kept up all night by the room next door. Was told I was getting a partial refund but have heard nothing more about this.
