The room was spotless, the service was exceptional. The staff did a great job from: holding our bags until we checked in, to making the checkin process very easy, the room was clean, and everyone made you feel welcome. Plus, this hotel was located very close to the dock where our cruise ship ported which was an added bonus. Our trip to Auckland was that much better due to this hotel. When we come back, I would definately stay at MSocial!!

This hotel exceeded my already high expectations, which were shaped by some outstanding reviews. The location is fantastic-right on the bay and within easy walking distance of everything. The rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast was excellent; the frittatas and made-to-order omelets were especially delicious. A huge shout-out to Vijaya (restaurant) plus Vy and Vince at reception, for their exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Overall, highly recommended!

The M Social was exceptionally well located across from the ferry terminals and all the waterfront restaurants and stores. Our room had a brilliant view of the harbor, the room was spotless and the staff super helpful. We will stay here again on our next trip to Auckland.
