This was our 2nd stay & loved it. Our room was awesome clean & had a great view of the harbour. Staff were very helpful, friendly & courteous. We had valet parking & when they returned the car to us, had charged the battery & left 2 bottles of water for our journey home. We had 2 minor issues, as we had to remove the thick mattress protector off the bed as it made it very hot & the bacon at the breakfast buffet was not to our liking.

The refurbished Millennium hotel is a joy. Fabulous new interior is a treat for the senses. Breakfast is awesome 👌 Next time we're going to book direct as Wotif.com were woeful

Great Hotel in a Great Location

We got off a cruise ship and walked to the M Social. One of our rooms (our party had two rooms) was ready early - which was great. We were able to put all our suitcases in it. At 3, the second room was available. We walked around the area. Later we had a complimentary cocktail at the bar. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Overall, the property was great. We were on the top floor facing the harbor so had a great view.Staff was friendly. Location was great. We walked from the cruise ship along the pier with our luggage, crossed the street and were at the hotel.

Staff was very helpful. We got to check in early. The valet service was prompt. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. The location was amazing. The room had a great view of the water. We walked everywhere except driving to the Auckland War Memorial Museum.
