The only thing that lets you down is the external noise. Although you are double glazed it is only a very narrow gap between the glass panes hence the noise comes in. You need a sound proofing triple glazing system.

A modern hotel located near the harbor. Bustling area during the day and convenient for transportation, but most of the restaurants are closed or empty in the evenings (winter). About a 15-minute walk to CBD where there are more dining options in the evenings.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at M Social Auckland,and I can't recommend it enough! The location is simply perfect—right across from the marina, offering stunning views and easy access to a variety of shops and attractions. Whether you want to enjoy a leisurely stroll by the water or explore the local boutiques and restaurants, everything is just a stone's throw away. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with a smile, providing great recommendations for local sights and dining options. The amenities were top-notch as well, with comfortable rooms and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel at home. I have stayed at M Social 3 times and have always left feeling I'd happily stay again time and time again. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The vibe here is relaxed but still professional. The rooms have a modern feel and are always cleaned beautifully. It's a great location, close to the harbour, shops and amazing restaurants. All the rooms have a great view of the harbour. I truly love M Social and highly recommend.
