Excellent location, close to Woolworths and the motorway system for day trips. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Our apartment was fantastic - everything you need for a stay away from home. Only issue I would say was the lack of opening windows/doors in the main area - fresh air is always nice. Housekeeping was a bit of let down, we stayed six nights and our room was only serviced on the last day at around 3:30pm - so pointless. But again, the housekeeping staff were lovely and friendly. I had asked a couple of times for the room to be done but it wasn’t. Apart from that, highly recommend Adina Britomart. This was our third stay and we will be back for certain.

Nice and clean. Friendly reception staff. Great easy parking. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment and on my app, said it had a balcony, to which it didnt and when enquired with reception i was told it was only the premium 2 bedroom. See attached screenshot. No windows to open, very stuffy and air con didnt freshen apartment up. Helpful staff when we asked for fresh towels. Not much of a view. Good fast lifts.

The property was clean, was a bit out of the nicer area. Had an issue with the TV on day 3 manager came and looked at it couldn’t fix it and that was the last we heard. Front desk on checking out not super friendly!! But overall enjoyed our stay in Auckland

The room was very practical, well appointed and had what I needed for my 5 day stay. Loved that there were laundry facilities on site —- so helpful! The staff was attentive and foster best to accommodate. The only issues I encountered had to do with the dining area. Coffee machine was broken first day. 2nd day ordered food & drink for take away & o order was incorrect. Weekend hours & food availability had substantially different availability that I was unaware of. All in all, very convenient, lovely staff, quiet peaceful environment, conducive to my need to work in other country’s time zones.
