I was unsure what to expect after reading mixed reviews. Sure the room decor was a bit "tired" but I understand that renovations are being carried out. It was acceptably clean but not spotless. However 10/10 in all the important things. It had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Viaduct, supermarkets and great range of eateries all within a few minutes walk. Same goes for buses. Every staff member I met was friendly, courteous and obliging. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The room size was perfect for working from your computer and relaxing at night. Great size. Parking was reasonable and being onsite was so handy. The staff are lovely and were happy to oblige with any request we had. Thank you! Great location for the Viaduct or Sky City - loved it. WE would stay again.

The 1st room on the 2nd floor, the bath had a large piece of the white emamel missing and the tiles had mold. Do we changed rooms to the 3rd floor and room was excellent. I believe they are now renovating the lower floor rooms. The heated pool and spa were excellent plus easy walk to all of Auckland. Yes, I would stay there again.

Dust, mould, pubic hair on the toilet a stench or urine and mould, Dried up chicks of food, hand prints above head board, damaged decor and the list goes on. Forcing me to find another hotel in the daark after a tiring trip after 9. Don’t waste your time or money here.
