Checkin was friendly, however the underground parking was disgusting with cobwebs & the stairs were absolutely horrible which raises the question as to why there is no lift access to the rooms which makes it extremely hard for someone in a wheelchair or a medical condition. As for the rooms the tv had limited channels (no netflix/foxtel) & no wifi. The information folder clearly says there's daily breakfast or room service if form is in by 9.00pm but no forms due to the restaurant being closed since Covid, there is NO signage saying this!!! Overall i wouldnt recommend staying at the quality manor, the price of the accommodation is absolutely over priced for the condition of this property. I give a rating of 2 1/2 stars 👎👎

The room was pretty clean and tidy. It was also specious. The room rate was also affordable. I didn't like that there was no lift available to reach level 2. Also no variety available for tea and coffee given in the room.
