Overnight stay. It’s clean and tidy. Very quiet and all staff we interacted with were very obliging and friendly. They even still supply bathroom items you’ve forgotten - toothbrush, razor etc. the yellow bus to airport every 25 min. Great

A beautifully culturally designed interior from carpets to decor which reflects Aotearoa, esp for first-time visitors. My room was a good size with a comfy bed. A self-check in/out kiosk was avail and convenient. Friendly and very helpful staff. Suggestion: more signage in Rooms hallways directing to Reception, please. I only came across one map and got lost :(

we stayed for one night spread across 4 rooms. We wanted to be near the airport which it is. Beds were very comfortable. Busy place and very friendly staff. We had breakfast downstairs that was nice. the coffee from machine was not hot so staff made barista coffees for us. no lift to 2 level that's ok for us but others may need lift. I like the resort vibe of the hotel venue although the carpet needs replacing. time to brighten up the venue as it's got a lot going for it.
