Liked the lotions in the bathroom, they all smelt really good. Didn't like the unclean toilet (poop smear left around bowl which hadn't been scrubbed off). Too tired to complain at the time as checked in at 11pm. Room service NOT 24/7. Room service QR code off TV didn't work so phoned up to get menu info and place order. 3/4 hr later (midnight) phoned them to cancel it as I needed to sleep. Ordered room service breakfast for in the morning only to find that the items I received had come from the buffet which was out at 5am and my food arrived at 7:30am. Will not be going back and definitely won't be recommending Holiday Inn to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food options were absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. I especially appreciated the beautiful outdoor area — it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, a wonderful experience that I’d highly recommend!

It was ok for an airport hotel for the night, but carpets were dirty & the whole place was run down and had a musty odor. Even booking 2 rooms months in advance & requesting adjoining rooms for our family of 5, we were split into 2 rooms across the gal from each other, which is a big inconvenience, requiring 1 adult to stay in each room. Buffets didn’t have much variety. Staff was pleasant. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was very convenient for the airport with the yellow bus pick for $8 which is why we chose it. However it is very dated and no usb sockets in the rooms plus it was a shower over the bath, very slippy and you needed to be tall as the shower was so high up! We had an early flight but weee disturbed all night by either people chatting loudly in the hall, doors banging and people running up and down overhead. Basically all the walls are very thin!

The hotel has an elevator but not to the second floor. I was put on the second floor right across from the stairs. Everyone on the second floor passed my door—sometimes bumping luggage up the stairs. A Chinese tour group was down the hallway and was very noisy—yelling to each other iun the hallway

Good place to stay

I had requested an extra soft mattress topper and the bed was excellent. The gardens were very pleasant, the pool was clean and well kept. The buffet was small but the dinner was good and the breakfast was very good with a fresh egg/omelet station and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again.
