The room was good, but the place in general felt tired and needed some love. The check in experience was slow with sporadically one or two staff members, a great big queue and waited 30 mins to get to the front, they thanked me for my patience but really you need more staff on the check in when its that busy

We had too early of a flight to try the breakfast, but the staff were amazing and the place was very nice for our stay before our flight! Super accommodating staff - early bag dropoff was very fast and easy, and the staff even brought us plates and napkins for our dinner we ordered in. An Uber to the airport in the early morning worked seamlessly!

Room sufficient pool nice and good area to chill while waiting for flight. Breakfast disappointing - coffee machine not working so you had to pay extra if you wanted nice coffee. Breakfast too busy and most items empty food juice etc and porridge cold. Very disappointing

The room smelled of urine, bathroom was moldy, no ac, baseboards falling off. Joining room and the people beside were so noisy… screaming kids and adults until after 11 pm. I called down to reception twice.
