The room was clean but very basic. The toilet roll holders mounted on the side of the bath are riduculous and likely dangerous. I have stayed at this hotel off and on for over 25 years and the rooms haven't been updated in that time as far as I can tell. The buffet breakfast is a joke for $38.00! I would at least expect real orange juice for that price.

The staff were very pleasant nothing was to much trouble.Our room was spotless and a really good size. The restaurant is excellent pays to book as it is a very popular place. Close to Sylvia Park shopping and the motorway.plenty of free parking. We are happy to stay here when in Auckland.🤗

Thank you, Waipuna, for an exceptional stay. Our room was immaculate, featuring a beautifully renovated modern bathroom and a large wall-mounted TV with Netflix and a full range of channels, which kept my children and me perfectly entertained during our downtime. The service we received was genuinely five-star. Every staff member went above and beyond opening doors, engaging with us warmly, and ensuring we had everything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism truly elevated our experience. The hotel’s facilities were spotless and thoughtfully maintained. We also enjoyed taking family photos in the outdoor garden areas, which offered several picturesque backdrops to choose from. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations and we look forward to returning.

Fresh breakfast menu. Clean room. Hard to understand some of the staff by checking in - but they were nice. In my room the window was not allowed to be opened. Milk in the refridiator for my coffe - that was nice.

Loved staying here, really felt luxurious which was what I was going for! Only faults is the the beds we had were on wheels so every time we sat down the bed would move around, the spa pool wasn't very warm and we didn't get pool towels in the room. We enjoyed walking around the courtyards and enjoying the gardens and enjoying breakfast outside on the deck in the sun with the nice view of the bay. Can't wait to stay again!
