Service was beautiful, hotel was beautiful. Let down was the bar and restaurant. Bar only had prepaid cocktails and breakfast was terrible, hot food was cold and hard - we had breakfast at 8:30am

The bed was very uncomfortable it was soooo hard and too firm it even had a matress topper on and it was way to hard underneath my body. I might as well sleep on the floor.

The hotel staff stood out. They were all very kind, from those in the food/bar area to the front desk. Very helpful, as needed, and very friendly and professional. Due to a ventilation problem in our original assigned room, for 1 night, we were luckily moved to another that was open. Front desk staff were responsive and worked hard to ensure that our stay was going to be, ultimately, problem-free.
