The room was dirty especially the carpet in fact the whole hotels carpet looked like it had never been cleaned. Pillows were dirty. Could not watch tv as no remote. Most of the power points did not work.mouldy bathroom. Leaking roof when it rained. Water rot eating bathroom door.

Staff are nice. But that's the only thing... Wayyyy overdue for a renovation - or a knock down. Shower is tiny, and felt unclean. Bathroom is dark and grotty. Too scared to sit on the lounge chair. TV was out of the 60s, I'm sure. I didn't pay much - but in hindsight it was probably too much. There's lots of nicer places nearby.

The free airport shuttle was a yellow bus service. This should be stated as we would have made alternative arrangements. It was quite dangerous when the bus was full with people and luggage. Signage for the room number was not clear. Ceiling was caving in, shower filled up with water(didnt drain properly), sheets didnt feel very fresh. Generally did not feel very safe here. I thought the shower soap was nice, but perhaps could be fixed into shower for easy use. I have stayed at another Gateway Hotel and it was really good, hence why I picked this one. Clearly they are not the same and I wont be staying here again.

Hopefully, it is not the general rule, but as the room was handed over to me for an overnight stay at 13.00, it is hardly enough to represent it extremely. One of the previous loggers had opened a terrace window. The scissors lay either on the terrace or on the room floor. The only seat was sewn with white paint syringes. The actual patterns of carpets in the room as well as in the hotel walks were only to be seen under the deepest pollution. The hygienic condition of the bathtub reads that the property has been shut down for a long time. The only highlight of this accommodation could have been a smaller yakuzzi. Unfortunately, only this one was well filled with tree waste. How can an operator of a hotel have lost average price levels of any pride?

This is a very cheap hotel which is poorly managed. The pictures on the internet are not reflective of the property. The furniture is beat-up and old. The rooms are not clean. They did not have hand towels or wash rages available. Do not stay here.

The blankets dirty badly stain like they have not been dry cleaned along with the pillows were yellow mattress stained and dirty dusty like it hadn't been wiped and the shower 🚿 was cold was not in press at all the service was a pooling gave no direction to our room or where every or anything was with the place would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.
