No fuss - superb!

I love the location. It's very near the train station, and getting there from the airport using the limousine bus is convenient. Checking in and out is a breeze. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Would be nice if there is a gym. There are washers and dryers at every few floors.

Very close to bus station

I booked this hotel as it is very near the bus station at Shinjuku. It is an older hotel and the room is a bit more expensive than what it is worth. Suggest you find other alternatives unless you really need a hotel near the bus station.

Room was clean. I liked the amenities in the room - hot kettle and fridge. By the elevators they had free ameninties like face masks, tea, coffee, toothbrush, hairbrush etc which were handy if you forgot them at home. Also they had umbrellas to borrow for the rainy days. Very conveniently located to stores and restaurants plus trains.

Perfect location

The hotel is located close to the Shinjuku station and offers many shopping and eating options nearby. It's also very close to the subway lines F, E and S and getting around Tokyo was easy. The staff was also very helpful if translation service is needed. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is quite nice, average service, however, the hotel restaurant was disappointing. The beef at dinner was tough, difficult to chew, and not tender at all. Despite only having two customers, the service was slow and unremarkable. Not much worth the cost of the food.

While the facilities are dated, the cleanliness and service is top notch. Being so close to Shinjuku Station is so convenient and makes Sunroute Plaza the perfect base for a stay in Tokyo. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Japan
