Great location the complex had everything shopping, bowls, restaurants, food hall, supermarket, and so much more. The “handy” smart phone with free local and international calls and maps and internet to use both in your room and when out and about was fantastic. Really what more could you want from a hotel.

Nice hotel very close to Shinagawa station, which is a main station for the Shinkansen. Reasonably priced with great facilities!

Close to Shinagawa train station which made the quick trip back to monorail station and Haneda airport easy the following day. This is such an enormous hotel complex - we stayed in the annex which was a somewhat outdated room with fairly dated interior. It was very clean and perfectly adequate for our last night’s stay in Tokyo. The pool costs extra to use (as with all hotels in japan we discovered) and then you pay extra to lie on a deck chair by the pool - costs more than the swim itself which was suprising. Looks like it would be fun for a family as it has a bowling alley in the hotel complex.

Excellent location in Tokyo

Pros: The location and it felt fancy
Cons: I was happy, it met my needs
Location: convenient location for catching trains to other parts of Japan. We also enjoyed going to the local cafes for an authentic meal experience
After flying into Narita, it was quick and easy to get an express train to Shinagawa. As we exited the station, we saw the main towers of the hotel, which was easy to access from the main street. The rooms where spacious and clean and very good value for money. Shinagawa is an excellent location as it is a main railway station and we were able to get the fast train out to Kyoto. I would not hesitate to book this Hotel again. It was convenient and as nice as any 5 star hotel I have stayed in while visiting Sydney

Excellent location, close to Train Station

Plenty of food outlets close by to chose from plus hotel has great options too. This is the third time at Shinagawa Prince and have always preferred to stay here. All facilities are great plus the staff are friendly and helpful. Just a short stroll to the train station to catch a Shinkansen to anywhere in the country.

The Hotel is huge, the room is small

Pros: The flower arrangements were gorgeous and the restaurant on the 38th floor of the main tower could have inspired Frank Lloyd Wright.
Cons: The only thing I felt was odd was the carpeting in the corridor servicing the rooms -- seemed loose
Location: the location is very close to the train station - so you can get on a Shinkansen or take an express to Narita
I recommend this hotel for its incredible over-the-top flower arrangements. Totally unexpected given that I expect delicate lines and spareness rather than opulence. The hotel has both elegance in its common spaces and I assume in its premier rooms but I stayed in a small single room that was big enough to breathe in. the room was in the sparseness of the east tower - The bouquets were located in other towers and the main entry foyer. The room was a good value but I was there to sleep the night and was out the next morning.
