Great Service, Needs Cleaning

The service of the staff was excellent. They were all helpful and took care of any need you had, definitely the highlight of the stay. However, there was an earring left behind on the floor and a bit of mold on the shower ceiling that soured the experience. The bed is also a bit stiff.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel- the last time was back in 2015- and I'm happy to say the service is still just as wonderful. The staff overall are very friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to highlight Santoz and Jimme for their outstanding service.The shuttle is also very convenient , which make this location even better. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we truly appreciate the warm hospitality. we look forward to coming back again.

If you want to feel like royalty, stay here. The hotel staff immediately greets you at check in and seats you to walk you through the check in process. The Bell attendant escorted us to the room and explained all the amenities. I wish I had more time to stay and take in the restaurants but I did try the room service which was beyond delicious and well priced. There’s also a nice garden attached to the hotel which was an added perk. Absolutely an amazing hotel.

It's billed as a high-end hotel, but is more of an average hotel with gaudy decor. The staff were all very pleasant and the stay was acceptable, but the property has not been very well maintained. I booked a "luxury double" room, but it was much more cramped than the photos suggested and the furniture was quite worn. Cleanliness was very poor by Japanese standards. There were peanuts and cookie crumbs all over the room floor when I checked in, so they obviously didn't vacuum at all. And they still didn't vacuum after I put out the "please clean the room" door hanger. There was also some dried food on the desk that I had to wipe up. Overall it wasn't terrible, but there are much better options at this price point in Tokyo.
