Hotel room was dated. Property and restaurants onsite were great. Garden onsite was nice. Some staff spoke very good english. If you are looking for a hotel with good room service (morning coffee, food, etc) this hotel is NOT a good choice. The hotel has a university right next to it so there are a lot of great food options in the area.

The room was lovely facing the garden. As usual the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only down side is the location. However the hotel does provide a shuttle bus to a main station which is two station away from Shinjuku. Overall the hotel is really nice and I would definitely stay here again.

Jr suite overlooking the garden

We enjoyed staying in a Jr. suite. The room overlooked a beautiful garden. There was a basket with disposable items that you may have forgotten (toothbrushes, hair brushes, razor, etc.) which was very handy. There were plenty of electrical outlets to charge devices. The room was spacious, the lobby was luxurious and the staff was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, great amenities, shame you have to pay extra to use the leisure facilities which is approx £25gbp. Great little touches like towels at the front door when it was raining. Breakfast was a good selection and good location

The hotel is a beautiful facility that contains three excellent restaurants, one Japanese and one Chinese, facing beautiful lush gardens. A great hotel for a great price.

The hotel is superb. Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, and housekeeping second to none. Friendly staffIt has a convenient shuttle to a nearby station, where guests can get on the Tokyo subway or JR lines.
