Pro: very close to Ikebukuro station, 7 eleven just downstairs, many great places for food, 4 washing machines/dryer at the reception level Cons: very dark inside the hotel, very small room for king size bed plus one extra bed, they didn’t even bother to put bed sheet on the extra spring bed (kids probably ok to sleep on this kind of bed, but not adult), bath towels are very small, more like hand towel, bathroom is very tiny and low, uou you have to get your own amenities such as toothbrush, cotton buds from reception level so a bit inconvenient, only have 2 lifts and each is very small

Perfect location for Ikebukuro, central but out of the main area. Very walkable and well placed for walking in several directions. Yamanote line was easily accessible. Lots of dining options. Fantastic service by every single staff member at the hotel. Close and convenient to main train station. Rooms are on the smaller size especially if travelling with a larger family.
