Repeated stay at this hotel. I guess because it is winter time, the central AC was in heater mode. As such, I had to open the windows to cool the room. However, that would allow the street and traffic noise to enter the room. Onsen was clean and fresh towels and Yukata were provided everyday. The hotel also assisted to accept my online purchase 2 weeks before my check in date. It is possible to store your luggage there before and after check out, but you will have to collect your luggage on the same day of checking out. Will stay here again next month.

Wow! I paid for two rooms which were double rooms and I paid the same price for both of them. But when I checked in, they gave us one large room and one small room. When I went and explained it to them they literally said that that’s too bad and there’s nothing that can be done. The manager got involved and he said there’s nothing that can be done. I showed them the receipt from Orbitz that showed. I paid the same price for two identical rooms and they said too bad. Nothing can be done. Then I called Orbitz and explained it to the lady on the phone and she asked me if I explained it to them and I said yes she said she couldn’t believe it. She called the hotel and they gave me the room I should have. Astonishing! I will never stay at an APA hotel ever again.

Rooms were very small compared to Osaka and Kyoto but that’s what you pay for. Although it’s small it has everything you need. They clean every 3 days and request you put your used towels and trash out for them to pick up and replace. They have self check in and out but there are staff present to help. They offer luggage transfer and have a bath in the basement tattoos must be covered.
