room was quiet and tidy. the spa was nice. however, the toilet nozzles in my room were clearly not checked in a long time since the stream would stop working randomly several times. also the "soft" spray absolutely jet blasts. being on floor 2, it was not clear if the stairs are available or not.

Humidifier does not work

The room was too dry, to the extent it wakes me up at night. I had the humidifier on the whole time which doesn't seem to help with anything.

I didnt know what to expect but the hotel was an amazing part of my holiday in Japan. The staff are attentive and friendly and they will try to make sure your needs are met when you stay with them. My room was nice, clean and enough for my trip with supplies given frequently and clean.

The self check-in did not work. Moreover, there were about 5 staff just standing around, doing very little to help. If you have staff available, just have them do the traditional check-in.

Convenient location! A little bit of a walk from shinjuku station but not bad at all. Perfect amount of space for a couple. Onsen was great. Everything was clean. Fresh towels every morning. Convenient location to stay and explore Tokyo.
