This hotel was great! Clean, comfortable beds, fabulous breakfast with many options, and very convenient to Shinjuku station. Many stores and restaurants within walking distance, very accessible and helpful staff, not yo mention luxury shampoo, body wash and best hair dryer I’ve ever used.

The hotel was in a central location. It was very walkable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend this place as well as stay there again.

Great hotel that’s a short walk to the heart of Shinjuku and all it has to offer during the day and night! Still a quiet room though. Room was on the smaller side but you’re hardly in it anyway since you’re exploring Tokyo!

The hotel was in a good, accessible location, a few metres from bus stops and a train station and close to several kombini. Staff weren't particularly friendly but were efficient, and to be honest we had very few interactions with them. Breakfast was ok. Be aware, the price you pay doesn't include room cleaning, but there was a washer/drier and little kitchenette area in the room which was handy. The room was quite spacious by Tokyo standards.

This hotel was perfect for our 5 nights in Tokyo. The location was ideal, right next to metro station and also a short walk into the centre of Shinjuku for shopping and food. The room was really nice and a good size, but there was only a few hangers to store clothes and no wardrobe so we couldn’t really unpack and the room started to feel quite messy. We were disappointed at the lack of housekeeping. You could put a magnet on the door for them to change the bins and swap the towels but they didn’t change our sheets or clean the room for the whole 5 nights. We probably could have requested this at reception but we kept forgetting, so I didn’t think it justified knocking a star off the rating as overall we had a fantastic stay.

In-suite laundry is a real bonus. The bed is large and comfortable. The mini kitchen area is convenient. Fairly large for a Tokyo hotel room.

Had a lovely stay for 6 nights my partner and I. Area was nice with lots of convenience stores nearby. Close to shopping and dinning options. Room was compact but workable. Room could have been cleaner at check-in bedding could have been cleaner.
