The environment is very comfortable, although the room is a little bit small for opening the luggages haha. However, I highly recommend this hotel and would book it again when I visit Tokyo. Both of the staff and breakfast were nice, and the location is also convienient for not only having lunch/dinner outside, but also for transportation.

Rooms were very clean, small but expected for Japan. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. You don’t need to bring any toiletries they’re all provided! We ended up using there instead of our own the shampoo and conditioner was lovely.
